Why can not I upload files in SEOCMS?

 

I have uploaded an image / document via the tab Uploaded files.
Now I want the text and image module to incorporate image / document via the Insert tool, downloadable files or Insert Picture advanced.
But the file does not show the list to the left of any of these tools.
Why do not the image / document?

 

Try to rename the file to a filename without username, spaces or special characters.
Dashes (-) and underscores (_) works fine but all other special characters must be removed from the file name.
 
Example of a file name with username, spaces and special characters:
To rename a file "korrekt.doc
 
Example of a file name without username, spaces and special characters:
Att_dopa_en_fil_korrekt.doc
