Why does not my image show in the Text and images-module?
If you have to insert a picture in a text and image module so it is possible that the image only appears as a red cross.
This may be because the image is saved in the format CMYK.
CMYK format for printing is done and can not display properly in browsers such as Internet Explorer.
For the image to appear as the image format must be changed to RGB.
Then you upload the file again in SEOCMS and insert it into text and image module.
Then the image will display correctly.
How can you change the format of the image in Adobe Photoshop:
- Select Image.
- Select Edit.
- Select RGB Color.
